Please call 1-877-996-2342 to schedule an appointment.  Phone appointments are a minimum of half hour.  To avoid the 5% credit card fee you must send in a check 2 days prior to your appointment.  Please allow 24 hours for cancellations.  There can be up to a 2 week wait for appointments, priority is given to people who need it.   Please also note that you must show up on time for your appointment otherwise it can be taken off at the end if there is an immediate appointment following yours.
